Regal Acres is our newest community in Naples. Located off of Greenway Road approximately 4 miles east of the intersection of 951 and 41, Regal Acres will be home to 184 families. Houses in this neighborhood will be our attached villa design and will be the first to feature a second bathroom. The attached villa design uses the same blueprint as the single family home with the addition of a common block wall, single car garage and welcoming front porch. The land for Regal Acres Phase 1 was donated to Habitat for Humanity of Collier County by two very generous families.
