Trail Ridge

Trail Ridge, less than one mile east of Collier Blvd. on Tamiami Trail, is the first neighborhood to feature our attached villas. In order share the high costs of raw land and development, our attached villa design distributes those costs among more families. The attached villa design uses the same blueprint as the single family home with the addition of a common block wall, single car garage and welcoming front porch.
