Thank you for your interest in partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Collier County to bring an affordable subdivision to life in our community. We are now accepting bids from qualified businesses interested in providing service for upcoming construction in this new community.

This solicitation is for infrastructure activities such as land clearing, sewer and water service, storm water management, and road building. This project may have funding sources through local, state or federal agencies. Regulations during construction such as Davis Bacon and Related Acts for wage rates may be enforced if this type of funding is accepted.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday November 10th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Naples local time; at the HFHCC office, 11145 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34113. Interested parties may call Mara Foley at 239-775-0036 for more details and information.

All sealed bids must be received no later than Wednesday December 1st, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. Naples local time. Bids will be publicly opened on December 1st, 2021, at 1:05 p.m. at 11145 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34113. Specifications, bid requirements and plans may be obtained by contacting Mara Foley at 239-775-0036 or at MFoley@HabitatCollier.org.

A 5% bid bond will be required at time and bid. A 100% payment bond will be required by the company that is awarded the contract.

Minority, female-owned and small businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project. Licensed Contractors are encouraged to solicit bids from minority and female-owned subcontractors, efforts for such should be documented. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of this project shall apply to the project throughout. Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Inc. complies with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3600, et seq) and County Fair Housing Ordinance 92-9.
